Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Door Carpenter/Joiner to join the planned works team. You will install fire doors, complete remedial works, and operate within occupied social housing properties.

You will use handheld devices and work both independently and in a wider team, maintaining high health and safety standards. DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Fire door experience is essential.
• Carpentry/joinery qualification Level 2+ preferred.
• FIRAS qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Social housing/tenant-facing experience desirable.
• Willingness to complete a fire door installation skills test.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

Fire Door Carpenter / Joiner

Our client is looking for an experienced Fire Door Carpenter / Joiner to join their planned works team, carrying out fire door installations and remedial works within social housing properties.

• Location: Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Evesham & surrounding areas
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week
• Pay: Competitive, weekly paid

This is a long-term, stable opportunity with ongoing work, Monday-Friday hours and a company van and fuel card provided.
