CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fire Door Joiner/Carpenter to join our facilities management client’s team on a permanent basis in the North West and Yorkshire.

The role involves installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire doors across multiple sites. Working Monday to Friday (40 hours), you will ensure compliance with BS 8214 and fire safety regulations, carry out surveys, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification.
• FIRAS, BM Trada, or similar certification.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance standards.
• A full UK driving license.

Aufgaben

• Installation of fire-rated doors and door sets to the highest standards.
• Carrying out remedial works on existing fire doors to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Conducting fire door surveys and inspections, identifying and addressing defects.
• Ensuring all work is completed to meet the standards of BS 8214 and any other relevant fire safety regulations.
• Working collaboratively with site teams, clients, and project managers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of work completed.

CBW Staffing Solutions are hiring for an experienced Joiner/Carpenter to join our facilities management client’s team on a permanent basis. As a Fire Door Joiner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that fire doors meet stringent safety standards and comply with regulations, carrying out the installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire doors.

This role will be working across sites which span across the North West & Yorkshire.

Package

• Competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

• Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
