Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is recruiting a Fire Door Carpenter/Joiner to install and remediate fire doors in social housing properties. The role involves working on-site in Birmingham and surrounding areas, using handheld devices to manage tickets, and adhering to strict health and safety standards.

It is a long-term, stable opportunity with Monday-Friday hours, a company van and fuel card, tools provided, and ongoing training and development. A DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Fire door experience is essential.
• Carpentry/joinery qualification Level 2+ is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Social housing/tenant-facing experience is desirable.
• Willingness to complete a fire door installation skills test.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

Fire Door Carpenter / Joiner (Birmingham )

Location: Birmingham & surrounding areas
Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week
Pay: Competitive, weekly paid

Our client is looking for an experienced Fire Door Carpenter / Joiner to join their planned works team, carrying out fire door installations and remedial works within social housing properties.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity with ongoing work, Monday-Friday hours and a company van and fuel card provided.
