Job Description

Fire Door Installer & Maintenance Supervisor to join a busy and personable team who specialise in the installation, service, and maintenance of fire protection products within the construction industry. This position offers an annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday with overnight works.

Duties:

1. Direction and supervision of day-to-day operations on site to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with specified requirements.
2. Maintain health & safety control procedures in accordance with the company policy.
3. Willingness to have a hands-on approach to the installation of fire doors and remedials if required.
4. Ensure all works are signed off to a high standard.
5. Ensure precise and secure installations to meet safety standards.
6. Collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals.
7. Liaise with clients to maintain positive relations.

Experience Required:

• Experienced carpenter with a proven track record in fire door installations, surveying, auditing, and reporting.
• Full UK driving licence (required).
• Good communication skills.
• Fire Door installation/remedials/riser works/fire board partitions experience.
• Polite and great work ethics.
• Possess a valid CSCS card.
