Job summary

Linsco Recruitment are recruiting experienced Fire Door Installers for a long-term project based in Horsham, West Sussex. This role requires reliable, skilled installers with proven experience in fire door installation and remedial works.

Key duties include installing fire doors and components, hanging frames and hardware, and ensuring workmanship meets high standards. CSCS card, own tools, full PPE, and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Fire Door Installer / Fire Door Carpenter
• Relevant carpentry experience
• Good knowledge of fire door installation and remedial works
• Valid CSCS card
• Own tools and full PPE
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship

Responsibilities

• Install fire doors and associated components to required standards
• Carry out fire door remedial and replacement works
• Hang and fit fire doors, frames, hinges, closers, locks and intumescent products
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
• Work from drawings, specifications and instructions
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
• Liaise with Site Managers and other trades on site
