Job summary

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently looking for experienced Fire Door Installers to work on projects across West Yorkshire. You will install fire doors and hardware, carry out remedial works and ensure compliance with fire safety standards.

Immediate start available. Rate is dependent on experience; candidates should have their own tools and PPE and hold a CSCS card where possible. A full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing fire doors is essential.
• Knowledge of fire door regulations and installation standards.
• Experience with remedial fire door works would be advantageous.
• Own tools and PPE required.
• CSCS card preferred.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Installing fire doors and fire door sets.
• Carrying out remedial works and upgrades to existing fire doors.
• Fitting frames, intumescent strips, hinges, closers, locks and other hardware.
• Ensuring installations meet fire safety and compliance standards.
• Working from specifications and drawings when required.
• Completing works to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
