Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is recruiting experienced Fire Door Joiners for an upcoming project at Manchester Airport. You will install, fit and carry out remedial works on fire doors in a busy airport environment, ensuring compliance with safety and fire standards.

Candidates should have strong joinery/carpentry background, experience with fire-rated doors, and NVQ Level 2 in Joinery/Carpentry or equivalent. Right to work in the UK is required; airport/airside experience is a plus, and client will

Fire Door Joiner Manchester Airport

Location: Manchester Airport, Manchester
Start: ASAP
Rate: £230 £250 per day
Duration: Ongoing / Long-term
Hours: Monday to Friday, days

We are currently recruiting experienced Fire Door Joiners for an upcoming project at Manchester Airport.

The Role

You will be responsible for the installation, fitting and remedial works of fire doors within an airport environment. Candidates must have solid previous experience working with fire doors and be confident carrying out high-quality joinery work to the required specifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Fire Door Joiner / Fire Door Installer / Fire Door Carpenter
• Strong joinery and carpentry background
• Experience installing and/or repairing fire-rated doors
• Good understanding of fire door specifications and installation requirements
• Ability to work safely and professionally within a live airport environment
• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery/Carpentry or relevant experience preferred
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Previous airport/airside experience is advantageous but not essential
• Airport Airside Pass will be provided by the client
