Job summary

Fire Door Contracts Manager position based from our West Midlands office with nationwide project delivery. You will own and drive 2–3 live contracts at a time, ensuring safety, profitability, quality and compliance from mobilisation to handover.

You will link office teams, site management, operatives and clients, forecasting labour and material needs and keeping projects on programme. The ideal candidate has proven experience in passive fire protection, strong compliance discipline, and a

• Proven industry experience is prioritised in passive fire protection.
• Strong understanding of fire door installation, compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 2-3 fire door contracts simultaneously.
• Oversee installation and remedial works from mobilisation to handover.
• Plan labour, materials and resources across live projects.
• Maintain client relationships and attend project meetings.
• Ensure works meet specifications and compliance requirements.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
