Job summary

The University of Warwick is looking for a Carpenter (Fire Door/Fire Stopping Specialist) within the Building Fabric Fire Team to maintain fire doors and fire stopping systems across the campus.

You will undertake fire compartmentation works, support statutory compliance, and contribute to fire safety inspections and surveys. The role may involve bespoke joinery fabrication and ordering materials to support the University’s estate.

Qualifications

• Carpentry and joinery work focused on fire doors and fire stopping systems.
• Inspection, repair and replacement of passive fire protection across campus.

Responsibilities
