Winner Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Door Carpenter to install, maintain and remediate fire doors across properties. You will ensure compliance with fire safety standards and regulations while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role requires proven carpentry experience in fire door installation, knowledge of fire safety regs, and qualifications such as NVQ 2/3 in Carpentry, BM Trada or FIRAS.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Carpenter/Joiner with fire door expertise.
• Up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regs and standards.
• Qualifications/accreditations: NVQ 2/3 in Carpentry, BM Trada, FIRAS or equivalent.
• CSCS Card holder.

Mansioni

• Install new fire doors and associated ironmongery to high standards.
• Carry out fire door inspections, repairs and remedial works per regulations.
• Ensure all work complies with current fire safety legislation (BS 8214, BM Trada, FIRAS).
• Accurately record completed works and provide compliance reports.
• Work efficiently, safely, with minimal disruption to tenants/clients.
• Liaise with site managers, residents and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
