Multi Skilled Service Engineer – Fire and Security

What you will do

Our Service Engineers service Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems. The successful candidates will service fire and security systems to industry standards, delivering exceptional customer service combined with industry-leading technical knowledge. We value engineers who can identify and resolve issues proactively. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a time-served multi-skilled engineer to work within a high-performing team across a designated region, with excellent career growth prospects.

How you will do it
  • Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed expectations of both internal and external clients, establishing effective relationships.
  • Service devices safely and responsibly, minimizing injuries, property damage, and material loss.
  • Manage your time efficiently, prioritizing jobs appropriately.
  • Accurately complete engineer work reports, handover certificates, BSIA certificates, or checklists as required.
What we look for

Essential:

  • Experience in the fire and security industry
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Preferred:

  • Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA
