Job summary

Ranger Fire & Security Group is seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to join the Liverpool team. You will install and maintain fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and extinguishers, and support a 24-hour callout rota while delivering high-quality PPM.

You’ll work across varied sites with opportunities for upgrades, commissioning and system programming, leveraging your knowledge of IP/networked systems and customer-facing professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, fire alarms and detection systems, and access control.
• Confidence with IP/networked systems.
• Professional, customer facing behavior.
• Full UK driving licence.
• FIA / BAFE certification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and extinguishers.
• Delivering high-quality PPM and supporting a 24-hour callout rota.
• Getting hands-on with upgrades, commissioning and system programming.
• Working across varied sites; no two days are the same.
