Role: Fire Alarm Service Technician

Location: London & South East

Salary: Up to £40,000

THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION - COMPANY VAN PROVIDED - FULL CLEAN LICENSE ESSENTIAL

What's Involved?
  1. Carry out routine testing & inspections
  2. Alarm activations, visual inspections & functional checks
  3. Ensure accurate & detailed documentation is maintained
  4. Strong technical skills, including relevant regulations (BS 5839)
  5. Respond to emergency call-outs & undertake any necessary repairs
  6. Provide excellent customer service & maintain good relationships with clients
  7. Report any faults or potential issues to the appropriate teams
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations & maintain knowledge of new products & technology
  9. Adhere to health & safety regulations
