Qualifications
- Experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Understanding of fire alarm standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance and servicing of fire alarm systems.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Test, inspect and commission fire alarm equipment.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation.
- Liaise with customers and explain faults or remedial works.
- Work independently while communicating with the engineering team.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
