Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer to service Fire Alarm Systems and provide exceptional customer service. You will work within a high-performing team to identify and rectify issues, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Role includes time management, accurate reporting, and opportunities for funded qualifications. A full driving licence is required, with a focus on high-quality service delivery and professional development.

Qualifications

Experience in the Fire industry with repair and maintenance of large systems.
Good knowledge of industry standards and troubleshooting.
Previous customer-facing work experience.
Must hold a full clean driving licence.
Ability to lift and climb ladders and work at height.
Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry (18th edition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds/ FIA).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Service Fire Alarm Systems safely and correctly to industry standards.
Identify and rectify problems before they occur.
Complete engineer work reports or checklists accurately.
Manage time effectively and prioritize jobs.
