Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer - Fire in the United Kingdom to service fire alarm systems and provide exceptional customer service within a high-performing team. A full driving license and ability to work at height are required; ongoing training and career progression are offered.

You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance on large systems, and ensure safety and compliance while contributing to a culture of excellence and reliability.

Qualificações

• Experience in the Fire industry, with knowledge of repair and maintenance of large systems.
• Expert knowledge in mainstream and top end Fire, Gas and Aspiration systems.
• Working knowledge of industry standards and a logical approach to troubleshooting with good computer skills.
• Previous experience in a customer facing environment.
• Must hold a full clean driving license.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders and work at height.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed expectations of internal and external customers.
• Service the appropriate devices, working safely to avoid injuries and damage.
• Ensure time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.
• Complete engineer work reports or checklists as appropriate.
