Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to cover Plymouth and the surrounding areas. You will service, maintain and fault-find fire alarm systems across commercial, retail and industrial sites, with door-to-door pay and generous overtime rates.

Joining a growing fire and security specialist, you will contribute to a varied workload while enjoying a full-time permanent role, ongoing training and a supportive team committed to engineers' time and expertise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on fire alarm systems.
• Recognised electrical qualification.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain fire alarm systems across a range of sites.
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Complete small installation and upgrade works as required.

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer with electrical qualifications looking for a role that rewards your time and expertise?

Our client is a well-established and growing fire and security specialist, seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team covering Plymouth and the surrounding areas. The Role

You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding, and occasional installation of fire alarm systems across a range of commercial, retail and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities
