Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fire Service Engineer.
• Strong competency in fire alarm and emergency lighting service and maintenance.
• Good understanding of industry standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and system schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Installation & commissioning of fire alarms.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, fault-finding, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Assess system performance, diagnose issues, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Complete accurate job sheets, risk assessments, method statements, and system documentation.
• Act as a professional point of contact, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and ACEDA safety requirements.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment; support team and share knowledge.
