Secure and Recruit Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a growing fire safety specialist for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer in Nottingham. You will service and maintain Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting systems, fault-find and complete remedial works to ensure compliance with standards.

The role offers a strong earnings potential: up to £43,000 basic plus £7,000–£9,000 average annual bonus, a company van for personal use, and 25 days holiday with bank holidays, plus the option to buy extra leave.

Qualifications

• Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm systems.
• Fault-finding and diagnosing system issues.
• Completing remedial works identified during service visits.

Responsibilities

• Working with AOV systems.
• Fault-finding and diagnosing system issues.
• Completing remedial works identified during service visits.
• Carrying out repairs and corrective works where required.
• Completing accurate service reports and documentation.
• Ensuring work complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Providing a professional service to customers.
• Covering Nottingham and surrounding areas.
• Participating in a 1 in 5 to 7 week call-out rota.
