Job summary
HP4 Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer for Nottingham and surrounding areas. The role covers servicing, maintenance and repair across commercial sites, with training provided for GENT systems and other manufacturers.
You will hold a full UK driving licence and have prior fire alarm experience; a pension, company vehicle, and on-call earnings are part of the package. This is a field-based, permanent position in Nottingham.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer or Fire Alarm Engineer.
- Ideally 3+ years in the fire alarm industry (desirable).
- Strong fault-finding and servicing knowledge of fire alarm systems.
- Experience working with multiple manufacturers' systems.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of fire alarm systems.
- Working on addressable, conventional, and GENT fire alarm systems.
- Full training provided, including GENT where required.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
