Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is expanding its London-based team delivering Compliance Link (Firco) implementations across the EMEA region. The role combines project management, client consulting and technical implementation responsibilities, focusing on sanctions risk management and global compliance requirements.

You will lead client projects, configure solutions, train users and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting pre-sales and health checks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Unix/Linux OS (Redhat, AIX, Solaris).
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server) and SQL.
• Experience with IBM MQ; exposure to financial messaging (SWIFT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements for Compliance Link (Firco) implementations.
• Translate client requirements into effective compliance solutions and best practices.
• Provide installation, configuration, training and troubleshooting of Compliance Link products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and ongoing customer success.
