Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end client engagements for Compliance Link (Firco) implementations in a London team. You will manage project delivery, gather requirements, assess risks, and ensure customer satisfaction while leveraging deep compliance and sanctions risk expertise.

The role involves configuring solutions, delivering training, troubleshooting issues, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• University or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with compliance and sanctions risk management concepts.
• Strong technical implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements for Compliance Link (Firco) implementations.
• Configure, deploy and troubleshoot Compliance Link solutions and provide training.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support pre-sales, RFI/RFP activities and business development.
