Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a proactive professional to lead end-to-end client engagements for Compliance Link (Firco) implementations from London.

You will manage delivery, requirements, risks and customer satisfaction, while applying compliance expertise and technical consulting to deploy solutions, train users and troubleshoot issues.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, pre-sales support and ongoing knowledge of sanctions regulations across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Unix (Linux/Redhat, AIX and Solaris) and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of RDBMS & SQL (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server).
• Knowledge of IBM MQ – queueing system.
• Configuration of Web servers: WebSphere, WebLogic and Apache Tomcat – at least one.
• Experience with financial messaging systems (Swift) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Three Tier architecture.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements for Compliance Link implementations, managing delivery, requirements, risks and customer satisfaction.
• Translate customer requirements into effective Compliance Link solutions and apply best practices for successful implementations.
• Provide technical implementation of Compliance Link solutions, including installation, configuration, training and troubleshooting; advise clients on suitable solutions and drive best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and stay updated on sanctions regulations and market developments.
