Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a FiPL Assistant Project Officer to support the Farming in Protected Landscapes programme across the Lincolnshire Wolds. You will assist with governance, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder liaison to deliver nature, climate, people and place benefits.

The role involves collaboration with farmers, land managers and local organisations, managing project records, and helping with case studies and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental management, land management, rural development or similar or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting projects or programmes and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, monitoring and reporting for the FiPL programme.
• Assist with meetings and provide secretariat support to the programme.
• Develop and promote case studies and contribute to annual programme reviews and reporting.
