MCS Group is recruiting a Product Owner for a fintech/financial services AI-driven technology business based in Northern Ireland. This is a genuine ownership role within a growing technology team.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Science and Engineering to translate customer and business requirements into clear priorities, drive the roadmap, and ensure delivery of value for a global client base. The position is NI-based with a permanent contract and a salary of £60,000-£65,000.

Formación

• Proven experience as Product Owner within fintech/financial services.
• Strong understanding of product roadmaps and prioritisation.
• Experience writing and managing user stories and product requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
• Ability to own the day-to-day product lifecycle and commercially-minded leadership.

• Own and contribute to product roadmaps and priorities.

• Work with Engineering and Data Science to deliver product outcomes.
• Manage the day-to-day product lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

• Support product discovery and opportunities for new functionality.
• Ensure products deliver meaningful customer and business value.
• Monitor progress and address blockers to stay aligned with objectives.
