Job summary

Shaype Belfast seeks a Technical Product Owner to bridge business requirements with technical delivery while governing projects. Based in Belfast, you’ll collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager, the Tech Lead and regional Business Analysts to gather and define requirements and translate them into practical delivery plans.

This hands-on role requires structured thinking, strong analysis, and the ability to drive multiple streams to meet deadlines in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a hybrid role.
• Proven ability to gather, document and structure business requirements.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Product Delivery Manager, Tech Lead and analysts to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and delivery plans.
• Maintain project governance, RAID logs and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate release notes, UAT and handover with the programme manager.
