Finder-5 in London is seeking a highly organised graduate to join our partnerships team. You will run day-to-day marketing and content partnerships, manage campaigns, and ensure deliverables are on time with accurate signoffs.

You’ll support major fintech brands, learn from mentors, and build a solid foundation in account management, operations, and commercial processes while starting your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and a proactive attitude.
• Aptitude for numbers and reporting; comfortable with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: be the first point of contact for partners and track commitments.
• Project Management: coordinate setup, mock ups, production, feedback, signoff, and go live of campaigns.
• Reporting & Analysis: check dashboards and reports; identify issues and opportunities.
• Account Development: create and send upsell decks to existing partners.
• Site Maintenance: ensure logos, rates and product data are updated promptly.
• Process & Housekeeping: maintain project plans, trackers, compliance, and records.
