Finder is looking for a highly organised, detail obsessed graduate to join our London crewWe want someone who takes genuine pride in things being done properly, on time, and without loose endsA Natural Communicator: You write clearly and concisely, you reply promptly, and you can explain a delay or a discrepancy to a partner without hiding behind jargonWe aren’t looking for years of experience; we’re looking for organisation, curiosity, and attitude. This role is perfect for a recent graduate, or someone in their first role, who wants to build a career in partnerships, digital media, or fintechRelationship Builder: You’re the person people enjoy dealing with. You build trust with partners and colleagues by being consistent, straight with them, and easy to work with, and you know when to elevate rather than sit on a problemComfortable With Numbers: You can work confidently in a spreadsheet, follow a report through to a total that balances, and spot when something looks off. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is expected; anything beyond that is a bonusForensic Attention to Detail: You notice the wrong date, the broken link, the number that doesn’t reconcile. You check your work before someone else has to, and “roughly right” makes you uncomfortableSelf-starter: You don’t wait to be told a deadline is approaching. You keep your own tracker, chase what you need, and take ownership of the outcomeExceptionally Organised: You can hold a dozen moving parts in the air without dropping one. You plan ahead, keep your own todo list honest, and hit deadlines because you set them earlier than you needed to
