ChilliMint (Europe) Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager on a fixed-term contract. The role blends office and remote work to drive customer journeys, activation, and growth across owned and paid channels.

You will manage campaigns, coordinate with CRM and data teams, and deliver data-led communications to improve onboarding, activation and ongoing engagement, while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Marketing, CRM or campaign experience in payments/fintech.
• Experience delivering campaigns across owned and paid channels.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent planning and multi-campaign management abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing regulations in financial services (Desirable).

Responsabilités

• Map the new customer journey from sign-up and identify drop-off points.
• Design onboarding communications to drive activation and digital wallet setup.
• Review in-life communications and build data-led journeys for key moments.
• Deliver campaigns across owned and paid channels and manage briefs and timelines.
• Coordinate with CRM and data teams on segmentation and journey setup.
• Track performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
