Job summary

Zest4Talent are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious fintech organisation to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager. You will join a newly established sales team and drive new business with autonomy over your own pipeline.

This full-cycle, revenue-generating role requires you to prospect, nurture relationships, present proposals and close deals across sectors including advisers, corporates and charities. OTE is £65-75k, with a £50k base and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full B2B sales cycle from contact to closing new business.
• Develop your own pipeline through proactive business development.
• Build relationships with a wide range of prospective clients.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure new business.
• Accurately track sales activity using CRM systems.
