Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.
• Interest in fintech and Dutch SMB landscape.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound Netherlands leads — qualify, consult, convert.
• Contact SMEs via phone and email.
• Deliver tailored product demos and explain solutions.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce with structured follow-ups.
• Track performance and report results against targets.
• Collaborate with European sales team on Dutch market insights.
