Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software development experience.
• 6+ years hands-on Python experience.
• Extensive AWS serverless experience (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, S3).
• Experience leading technical teams on fintech/banking projects.
• Strong Python frameworks knowledge (Flask, Django).
• IaC using CloudFormation or Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust back-end services using Python and AWS serverless technologies.
• Lead and mentor engineers, promoting best practices in software development and DevOps.
• Design scalable, secure cloud-based solutions for fintech products.
• Collaborate with front-end, product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, tests, and monitoring for rapid deployment.
• Optimize performance, cost, and security of back-end systems.
• Create architecture diagrams, API docs, and deployment guides.
