Responsibilities

• Produce executive and summary reports for clients and internal teams.
• Develop and improve processes to enhance service delivery.
• Build and manage key relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Involved in invoicing, billing information, and drafting service reviews/agreements.
• Collate and manage compliance paperwork and set up new clients on systems.
