OpenSource in Bristol is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who understands the UK financial advice sector and can improve adviser journeys and client experience.
You will map journeys, run workshops, gather requirements, produce user stories, support UAT and work with CRM and related systems to implement improvements.

They are looking for a Business Analyst who understands how a financial advice business operates and can work across advisers, paraplanners, operations, compliance and technology to deliver meaningful change.
This is a hands on role with a strong focus on improving the end to end adviser journey.
You will work across a number of technology and process improvement initiatives, helping the business understand current ways of working, identify areas of friction and design better solutions.
The most important requirement is a strong understanding of the UK financial advice or wealth management sector.
You will ideally have around four or more years of industry experience and a good understanding of the full adviser journey, including areas such as:
You may already be working as a Business Analyst, or you could have moved into change from a background in paraplanning, adviser support, operations or another role working closely with financial advisers.
