Job summary

MACH is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge financial services clients and software development teams, translating complex needs into actionable user stories and specifications for digital assets, tokenisation, and market infrastructure.

You will lead client workshops, document as-is processes, design future-state models, and support UAT and training while engaging credibly with stakeholders across business and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech or client-facing roles within financial services.
• Understanding of market infrastructure and tokenisation workflows.
• Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and specs for software teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with clients to elicit needs across digital assets and financial services use cases.
• Translate requirements into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for Agile teams.
• Document current-state processes and verify accuracy with clients and internal teams.
• Design future-state operating models for digital asset adoption and tokenised workflows.
• Support and oversee UAT, ensuring delivered functionality aligns with business intent.
• Deliver training, demonstrations, and help clients understand new functionality.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve blockers with clear communication.
