Eight Financial Advice in Totton is seeking a detail-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain adviser quality, compliance, and client protection across the business.

You will review adviser activity, ensure documentation meets regulatory standards, and support case progression through Salesforce. The role demands accuracy, organisation, and strong knowledge of financial products and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services compliance or quality assurance.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling technical financial documents and products.

Responsibilities

• Review adviser documents, suitability reports and case submissions for quality and compliance.
• Validate adviser licences and regulatory records.
• Support case triage and oversight using Salesforce and workflows.
• Produce and review quotations for Life Insurance, Protection and LTC.
• Identify discrepancies or potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with advisers to support operational excellence.
