Asset Finance International, a leading UK trade association for the commercial finance sector, seeks a Compliance professional to strengthen the function and guide regulatory practice across broker and lender members.

You will advise on FCA rules (PRIN, CONC, SYSC, MCOBS), review financial promotions for clarity and fairness, handle complaints, support CCR009 reporting, and help develop policies and deliver training. Hybrid in Southampton with strong values and leadership backing.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ relevant advisory compliance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of FCA requirements (PRIN, CONC, SYSC, MCOBS).
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical compliance guidance to Broker and Lender Members.
• Review and approve financial promotions per FCA rules.
• Support complaint handling for SMEs and Broker/Lender Members.
• Assist with FCA regulatory reporting including CCR009 submissions.
• Help develop and implement compliance policies and training.
