Job summary

Kalsec Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to blend and pack products per recipes, accurately logging ingredients and ensuring GMP and food safety standards.

This role involves overseeing line start-ups, cleaning cycles and related paperwork, with a strong emphasis on maintaining quality and safety records. The position also requires logging maintenance and non-conformances, supporting daily production huddles, and supervising Finishing and Material Handling staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP, food safety, and food quality standards preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a production team and supervise others.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to head office in the US.

Responsibilities

• Blend and pack Kalsec products following recipes, log ingredient usage.
• Ensure line start-ups, cleaning schedules and paperwork are completed on time.
• Maintain and log maintenance, breakdowns and non-conformances with supervision.
• Support daily huddles and communicate priorities and production plan.
