Job summary

Fawkes and Reece require a Temporary Internals Supervisor/Manager in Birmingham City Centre for up to 12 months on a major student accommodation project with a multi-million pound scope.

You will be responsible for finishing works, Snagging studios and corridors, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality workmanship, H&S compliance and client standards on site.

Starting ASAP, daily rate £250–£260, with weekly pay in a live site environment.

Qualifications

• Finishing supervision experience on student accommodation projects.
• Main contract experience over £10m.
• Proven snagging/finishings record with previous employers.
• Internal trades background is essential.

Responsibilities

• Snagging of studios and corridors.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain quality.
• Ensure site adheres to H&S compliance.
• Oversee snagging programmes and finishings progress.
• Liaise with subcontractors and site team.
