Job summary

Precision Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager for a hotel refurbishment project in Crewe. You will support the Site Manager and coordinate all interior finishing works to meet programme, quality and safety targets.

You will oversee finishing trades, manage subcontractors, drive milestones, and ensure high standards of quality and safety. You should have SMSTS/CSCS and First Aid at Work, with a background in hotel or high-end residential projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of internal fit-out and finishing packages.
• Ability to work to demanding programmes and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

The Role

As Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager, you will support the Site Manager whilst taking responsibility for managing and coordinating all internal and external finishing works to achieve programme, quality and safety targets.

About You

You will be an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Manager with a proven track record working for a Main Contractor. This role would particularly suit someone with previous experience delivering hotel and leisure projects, although candidates with experience on new build apartments, student accommodation or high-quality residential developments will also be considered.

Apply & Rewards

You’ll receive a competitive rate of £27 Per Hour, paid a minimum of 8.5 hours per day, with a long-term freelance assignment available.
