Job summary

Fawkes and Reece in West London are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager / Site Manager to lead internal finishes on a complex commercial cut & carve project. The role sits with a Tier 1 main contractor, working closely with the PM, design team and subcontractors.

You will drive quality, programme and H&S, coordinate interfaces between existing and new structures, and oversee CAT A/CAT B refurbishment, steelwork and temporary works. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading internal finishes on commercial projects.

We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager / Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a complex, high-profile commercial cut & carve project, incorporating significant structural works and elements of a listed building.

The ideal candidate will be finishing/internal focused, with strong experience managing internal works, multiple trades, quality and programme. You'll also need to be comfortable working alongside steelwork, structural alterations, temporary works and cut & carve activities.

Key responsibilities:
