Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Finisher/Snagger to join a busy new-build housing site in Brigg. You will carry out finishing and snagging, rectify defects and ensure homes are completed to a high standard.

Requirements include previous experience on similar sites, a CSCS card, and reliability to work independently. Long-term on-site work is available for the right person.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finisher/Snagger on new-build housing sites.
• Good eye for detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• CSCS card required.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out finishing and snagging on new-build homes.
• Rectify defects and complete properties to a high standard.
• General finishing works including filling, mastic, touch-ups and making good.
• Work with site management to ensure homes are completed on time.
