Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Finisher (Snagger) for a Sunderland construction site. The role includes snagging, paint touch-ups and minor plaster repairs, plus architrave and ironmongery fitting.

Applicants must hold a CSCS card, bring full PPE and their own finishing tools, and demonstrate proven Finisher/Snagger experience on site. Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card (Skilled Worker preferred).
• Full PPE (boots, hi-vis, hard hat) and own hand/finishing tools.
• Proven experience as a Finisher/Snagger on construction or refurbishment sites.
• Keen eye for detail, reliable, punctual, and hard-working.

Job Title: Finisher (Snagger)

Location: Sunderland

Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour CIS or £14.47 PAYE accrued

Duties Include:

• Performing high-quality snagging, touching up paintwork, and repairing minor plaster defects.

• Minor carpentry adjustments, including fitting architraves, doors, and ironmongery.

• Ensuring all finished work meets quality standards prior to final handover.
