Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Finisher/Snagger to join a busy new-build housing site in Brigg. The role involves carrying out finishing and snagging on new-build properties and rectifying defects to a high standard.

You will work alongside site management to ensure homes are completed on time. CSCS card is required; own tools preferred. Immediate start with long-term work for the right person.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finisher/Snagger on new-build housing sites.
• Good eye for detail and high standard of workmanship.
• CSCS card required.
• Own tools preferred.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out finishing and snagging works on new-build properties.
• Rectifying defects and completing properties to a high standard.
• General finishing works including filling, mastic, touch-ups and making good.
• Working alongside site management to ensure homes are completed on time.
