Responsibilities

1. Adhere to strict quality procedures
2. Work towards and achieve target-driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
3. Coordinate with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next stage
4. Use initiative to ensure smooth operations within the finishing department
5. Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance departmental efficiency

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with at least one of the following: Guillotines, Folders, Die Cutting, Stitching, Perfect Binding, Envelope Inserting
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively within the production team
• Excellent attention to detail, capable of completing work independently and meeting deadlines

The role is based on a weekday daytime schedule.
