Job Introduction:

Gleeson Homes is seeking a Multi-Skilled Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various duties as required by the Site Manager on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:

The role involves supporting the development's needs and responding to instructions from the Site Manager. Tasks include assisting with unloading deliveries, cleaning site facilities, preparing properties for occupation, maintaining site tidiness, and securely storing materials in designated areas.

• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Report to the Site Manager if sub-contractors leave properties in poor condition or if there is damage during material off-loading.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and report any safety breaches.
• Occasionally undertake maintenance tasks in occupied properties, ensuring work is done courteously and tidily.
• Manage site security for individual units and the overall site.
• Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous labouring experience.
• Relevant industry knowledge.
• Willingness to undertake additional training as required.
• Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, and reliable.
• Hold an in-date CSCS card.
• Basic skills in joinery, plastering, tiling, and painting are preferable.
