Job summary

Sofidel is seeking a motivated Finished Goods Warehouse Operative for our Rothley site near Leicester. You will manage goods storage, prepare loading areas, operate forklift and support day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced, ISO 9001 compliant environment.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 14:00–22:00 shift, 37.5 hours per week, at £13.00/hour with benefits including free onsite parking, a pension scheme, private health care, and an employee assistance program.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets around the facility and store them in the correct storage bays
• Manage warehouse operations in line with system requirements and instructions
• Prepare the loading area in line with loading schedule documentation
• Identify and report any product damage or quality deficiencies
• Load trucks when required
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• Operate forklift trucks and other handling equipment
• Carry out stocktaking activities and maintain warehouse space optimization
• Work with other teams and support colleagues as needed
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and adhere to health & safety rules
