As Head Waiter/Waitress you will lead a section, showcase superb product knowledge in food and wine, and deliver memorable guest experiences at the highest standard.

You will open and close shifts, supervise junior team members, coach colleagues to raise confidence, and work closely with management to ensure consistent excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Michelin Star or fine dining environment
• Passion for delivering high levels of service
• Ability to work as part of a team and build rapport with guests and colleagues
• Desire to continuously learn and improve knowledge and skills
