Qualifications

Experience leading high-performing sales teams in luxury retail or art sectors.
Proven ability to coach teams and exceed targets.
Strong client relationship building with collectors.
Hands-on approach to driving performance and sales.

Responsibilities

Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
Drive sales performance through proactive leadership and commercial planning.
Build relationships with collectors, prospective clients and local businesses.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, events and client development.
Host exhibitions, private views and exclusive client events.
Ensure exceptional client experiences at every stage of the customer journey.
Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent.
Take ownership of your gallery's commercial performance and profitability.
