Morse is seeking a Financial Crime Strategy and Product Lead to own the roadmap for detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and sanctions risk across markets. You will set strategy, build tooling with product/engineering, and collaborate with compliance to manage activity on the platform.

This role requires a data-driven operator who can move between deep-dive threat analysis and scalable, cross-functional product work to create a robust detection system.

Qualifikationen

• Data-driven decision-maker able to interrogate data (SQL or similar).
• Deep investigative instinct into suspected fraud and financial crime.
• Hands-on experience managing a fraud or financial crime ruleset.

Aufgaben

• Own the financial crime roadmap and translate regulatory obligations into a buildable plan.
• Manage rulesets and controls, use data to decide what to ship, tune, or retire; measure performance.
• Build the detection platform with engineering to catch financial crime efficiently, without frustrating legitimate users.
• Run deep-dive investigations into suspected fraud, quantify exposure, and translate findings into detection logic.
• Turn evolving threats into countermeasures by designing rules, models, and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, operations, and compliance to embed controls in the product.
• Define metrics and reporting to show risk and performance to leadership.
